How to create a Frey Army?

Hi y'all. Im a proud Greyjoy enjoyer but my true banner is and always will be, the proud and prestigious, honorable and glorious house Frey from the Trident. They make the best weddings.
But alas, as per the moment, we have not Starter Set for this Colosal Umbeatable Faction. So, in the meantime, what kind of suggestions do you have for representing these guys with the current set of rules, characters and units?

I know there are at least 2 Frey characters, Walder Frey in one of the Neutral Hero's Boxes, and Fat Walda in the incomming Bolton Starter Set, and of course, Littlefinger as the ruler of the house Baelish, as our direct superior.
But sadly, no specifficacly Frey Commanders or units. Any Suggestions?
I tought on the Tully units as they are close geographically and also closely related with the rivers. Another option would be the Bolton and Lannyster troops, because of several reasons not related at all with the Starks or the North War. And Neutral units like the Stormcrows might also work fine, but I lack an specific Commander and "faction set" that might work well with the politically cunning and honorably treachery of this fine lads.

Please, comment below and bring your presents to the wedding banquet.

Geography aside, didn't the Tullys and Freys sort of hate each other? (not sure they would certainly blend, unless the Riverlands had a common enemy), but this game is all about creating alternate scenarios, so I guess it works out anyway :)

In terms of army construction
- I would think a thematic unit may be something like a set of guardsmen with a high defense value who are normally the folks who guard the crossing at the Twins (like a unit of pikemen)
- I guess a Frey Heroes box could be all of Walder's sons and daughters... with various betrayal mechanics that can weaken units or cancel other unit tactics... and maybe some kind of forced allegiances through marriages? (like the ability to filed units from other houses with these NCUs in play?)
- a house that guards a river crossing would also surely have archers of some kind as well... so a ranged unit would be needed
- to balance out a strong ranged unit and high defense unit, you would probably also need a slightly weaker force of general foot soldiers... low cost, but not so strong... more like cannon fodder to harry the enemy (assuming the house has a strong defensive stance, less so on expeditionary assault forces... this is where using key units from other houses through the NCUs could be interesting... like Frey would have the ability to treat units from other houses like neutral units... that could be pretty interesting)

Yeah, the Tullys and Freys hate each other at least since the Trident with "Late Lord Frey" and potentially before that. They Freys may also have some kind of historical feud going on with House Darry but that haven't been all that expanded on to my knowledge even if there's a hint or two about it.

I would run a Frey army with Tully infantry and cavalry, as they're both from the Riverlands, with some neutral forces boosting out the ranks with archers, light infantry and light cavalry as needed. Potentially you could check with your gaming group if they would accept custom characters in which case you could whip up some rules for Frey characters that have no official rules yet like Lame Lothar, Black Walder and so on.

On a personal level I hope that the Freys are added in the future. Either as a faction like the Boltons or as neutrals forces with both troops and characters. You could even have a unit like "The Walders" or "Lord Frey's Sons" which is a cavalry unit consisting only of descendents of Lord Frey.

I think House Frey is a prime candidate for a mini-faction, along with Tully and Arryn. I would make Tyrell a full faction (can get them up to speed fast by just adding Tyrell version cards in a starter box for existing units - like they did for the neutral units when releasing House Bolton). I personally would have developed/released all of these prior to releasing the Brotherhood
