how to make a mold of wings (or other thinner parts)

Hello,

wondering, how would i make a mold to cast wings in resin (this is for a model i am doing; still quite some time away though). Larger parts I understand and have tested it out, but for stuff that is very thin like wings (the membrane) how would that be done?

I would make a two part mold out of RTV silicone. Depending on the shape of the membrane, might have to do multiple pour holes and vents to ensure proper resin flow.
