how to paint some thing to look like marble

Hi there I was just wondering if there is a way to paint something to look like marble .I have two of the new GW Honoured Imperium and I like to paint the statue white marble. I like the colours that are on the box but like to try something diffrent so if you can help or know away please tell thank you

yep use white for the base coat then use a brush with maybe two three bristles on with chaos black very watery tiny amounts then do fine lines/dabb across the white let it almost dry then dabb lightly with a finger to smudge it takes a while to perfect but it does work yo should end up with something like this

Drag the brush across the piece. Try not to control it too much. Marble tends to be a semi controlled mess.
