How to upload pics to CMON?

I'm having a royally hard time uploading pictures....if I try to upload it direct from my desktop, it doesn't work. I pasted the IMG, URL and HTML codes from TinyPic. Still won't accept. Most of the time I get this message...

either the image does not exist or the external host is redirecting me. Sorry, I can't make a thumbnail! Perhaps you could upload the picture directly instead?Please Go Back to fix these errors on your form.


Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I'd be grateful for advice!

I'd normally help you out by deleting this as requested , but I feel kinda mean doing this as I'd only leave you with one post.
Get a few more 'under your belt' and I'll come back and clear it up.
