How to use Techstar Snowflakes

Can anyone offer any advice on how to use these? The instructions on the packet were a little vague... Do I use PVA glue, superglue, how much do I use, do I/can I/must I paint it afterwards...?

What I have done is, Put it into a container. All you have to do now, is put super glue where you want the snow to go and dip. Do this a couple of times to build it up if neccesary.

I use woodland scenics snow and what I do is mix it really thickly with PVA glue until it becomes a paste and then lay it onto a completed base. Looks nice and wet, like glistening snow that has been around a while.

If you want it to be more powdery then use superglue as suggested above.
