How would you go about making this one?

Out of pure curiosity, i would like to know if you could only use a minimum of green stuff, which GW models would use parts from to create this lady.

But that doesn´t mean that it wouldn´t make a kickass model (how come only eldar females looks good in w40k )

That\'s not strictly true, Freak. The term Eldar is used in Lord of the Rings, too.

as an eldar player that would make a great mini you could try using some vampire counts modles the lahmian blister might work, please wright bact im curious as to how you end up making one
