Here\'s a little project I had fun with recently :

HulkFinalWyrd.jpg

The toy I worked from has a quite amazing amount of details on it for something that I picked up in the french version of Toys\'R Us. All the wrinkles on the skin and the general dynamics of the model made it worth while.

Very nice, but that background is terrible!

What figure is it? I\'ve just primed up a Hulk toy, but he\'s a super-cartoony jobbie. I like this one, bar the dodgy flames. The mrs bought me a couple of packs of the new Star Wars Galactic Heroes yesterday, so I\'ve got a Yoda and a Chewie to do as well :D

Some great action figure sculpts out there. I\'m surprised that more people don\'t paint them - they\'re cheap as chips!

I echo spacemunkie there what is the range that this one is from... all the hulk toys I\'ve seen so far are pretty poor but this one is cool and you\'ve done a great job on it.. The background is a shade distrating though the tank pieces in particular are showing that their camo pattern works..
nice work..

Cheers everybody :)!

It\'s a model from \"Marvel Heroes Figure Factory\". I found it in my local toy store and it comes unassembled in a plastic \"wooden\" crate. Some of the other models in their range are the Fantastic 4, Spiderman, Aquaman, ... Most have between 15 and 20 pieces so their poses are rather dynamic and they have some elements for scenic bases (but some are somewhat kitch :p).

Concerning the background, you\'re not the first ones to have told me this. I was going for some atmosphere. But I guess it was a bad idea :p.

@Scott : Can\'t wait to see what you come up for your figures ;).
