Thank you everyone who helped me with my WIP version of him. I really appreciat it and I\'ll try your techniques out soon.

Huron blackheart, I\'m statisfied with this guy, especially the OSL on the glove. I think this was my third or forth shot at OSL. I\'m also very very happy with the face, I normally can\'t get the eyes straight and I mess up the skin, but I think it isn\'t that bad on this dude.

I just guess I have a very dark painting style... I\'m working on getting some brighter colours on it. I\'m also working on highlighting with \'odd\' colours, check out this thread for details: http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=32909

Well done! You took all the crit\'s to heart and banged out a very nice mini!

The miniature looks really nice. The blue glow from the power fist (or whatever those things are called) gives this mini a really effective focal point! I think you could lighten the face a bit, so that it becomes a second focal point. As it is now, it sort of gets lost a bit.

However, the biggest gripe I have about this is the background. You\'ve got serious \"halo effect\" around the miniature, especially where the background turns darker, and the background also bleeds into the miniature in places. This is very distracting.

After 2 days without replies I kinda forgot to check on this guy :O
Thanks guys. I think I\'m not going to change the face, to scared of ruining it. But I have learned from it for next time.

I also hate the pictures I will try to fix them and take some better pictures later (now I\'m lazy because its vacation).

Thanks, that\'s really great to hear I\'m getting closer and closer to the magical \'8\' score So I can\'t wait.

I\'ll try to take some better pictures but I\'d like to have 1 picture of a black background. Although i can\'t really get a nice black background anywhere
