Hey CMoN, I'm pretty new to the miniatures painting scene and the site but I wanted to put up some WIPs. I've only been painting for two years or so at this point but I'm trying to get serious about painting well. So far, everything I'm painting is tabletop use.

I've currently got a few different projects ongoing.

The Landraider has been stewing for a couple of months waiting for some stripes but there's a holiday themed tank game coming up and I'm thinking of doing something silly like it being pulled by flying reindeer. Not sure if I can pull it off, but it's a good excuse to finish it XD

I'm only intending to do two more layers on the broodlord, highlighting him up to white. He matches a group of twenty genestealers I already have finished. I'm also debating putting some blood on those nasty claws.

The Harlequin is a test for the paint scheme for the army. While I'm still a pretty messy painter, I'm pretty pleased with the overall look. I still haven't painted the crystal part of the pistol of any of the gems. I also keep finding little things that I've forgotten about. Not sure how I'm going to base this one.

You're off to a good start here. My advice, if you want to improve the quality of your work, is to slow down a bit, and thin your paints a bit, and concentrate on neatness a bit more.

The harlequin base looks like the tip of some ruined temple. Might be best to add a few bushes and grass around it, suggesting it's been long-destroyed and overgrown with weeds.

Keep it up, and keep the updates coming!
