Well, when i tell people I have an online comic, they wonder why I haven\'t gotten published.... but keep in mind most of our Avatars are Copyrighted (cept of course those of you who post your own actual face), so I would be sued for profiting off of:
Pioneer Entertainment, Michael Moorcock, Rackham, Games Workshop, Gary Larson, New Line Entertainment, Milton Bradley (or whoever owns D&D now), Buddha, God, and Lucifer, to name a few. :p

As for R&J, I was Sampson:
\"No sir, I do not bite my thumb at you sir, but I bite my thumb sir..\".. I thought it was cool how all the Montagues were brunettes with dark complexions and all the Capulets were fair haired and skinned... except for Lord Capulet.. Which brougt up questions of Juliet\'s parentage.. (what color\'s the milkman\'s hair?) :D

cheers!

You could always do something similar to what Cat & Girl offers - a bunch of printouts stapled together, authographed by yourself, sold \"unofficially\" at cost (ie. whatever you say \"cost\" is ;)).

I don\'t know about that, I grew up in Louisiana when the legal drinking age was 18, and I don\'t drink beer, I drink whiskey.
Hell, back when I was in the Navy me and 2 friends would finish off a gallon of tequila before we hit the clubs. I\'m surprised I still have a liver.lol

It is my duty as a Yank to let you know that alot of interesting things go on \"under the table\", and having been there quite a few times, am not opposed to visiting again...

Maybe we should all post a Tammy Haye style BLOG, but instead of painting we could just drink all day....

Now that would be an interesting frame by frame event, The drinking Blog!

sober to completely wasted.. until the frames stopped happening and then well... I guess we could use our imagination for the rest ROFL...

It could be done as a race to see who quits posting first..

Y\'know, speaking of beer and the fact my 21st birthday is coming up (oops, other thread :D ) I have taken a vow I shall not imbibe any liquor made from the Hops plant, i.e, Beer. Did you know Hops is in the Cannabis family, along with Marijuana? I personally don\'t wanna have anything to do with a mind warping drug (It\'d make me normal!) Plus, I acted in this Student written play about mental patients, and there\'s this thing called Korsykav\'s Syndrome which is brought on by alcholoism. It\'s main sympotms are loss of memory, dementia, incoherent speech and catatonia.. so, basically it turns you into Ozzy Osbourne. :p

PS: Any other alcohol is okay.. where\'s the Aquavit!?

This explains my grandmother, only she never drank. lol

As for drinking under the table... someone once said I could not do more than three shots of vodka in a row...

so I did thirteen just to prove them wrong. This was after a few beers, a couple of daquiri\'s and a margarita.

Wasted? Yes.

Did I feel the pain in my knee when, while dancing, I dislocated it and tore ligaments off of it? Yes.

Did I manage to make it upstairs to my bedroom for sleep? Yes.

Hangover? No...

I was in too much pain the next morning from my knee. lol

Will I drink like that again?

Well, I have since at least three times that I recall, but those are other stories.

I learned a lesson, however. Me, drinking, and dancing do NOT mix.

As for the comic... my Avatar is copywrited by myself. I even have some b&w jpgs and gifs of it if you ever want to use me in a comic. Please feel free to make as much fun of me as possible. I haven\'t had a chance to do it to myself lately. :D

You gotta remember the average Brit starts drinking at about 14 or 15. It\'s also a culture where having two or three drinks at lunchtime is quite normal. You can also drink in a park, on a bus and as a passenger in a car.

What drove me mad when I first got to London was the pubs shut so dam early (11pm) forcing you to go to a hideously over priced nightclub. Which then shuts at 2am! Bah! The latest I ever left my favourite club in South Africa was 9am, and it still wasn\'t shut.

Ah, the holy war of which culture drinks the most. While I wouldn\'t be so presumptous as to claim that South Africans drink the most, we do drink enough that South African Breweries was able to buy Miller. Even though South African currency is worth slightly less than American toilet tissue.

That doesn\'t really sound like fun but man, that part is the one with the stupidest dialogue I have ever read  In Macbeth, I had the real good parts: I was the assassin who killed Banquo (throat slitting galore! Muahaha!), an executioner, a corpse-carrying fighter and then Macduff. Basically I entered, killed soemthing, and left again.
I love acting. We made an old lady puke when I kicked a nearly dead soldier\'s face and he spat blood - that\'s the time when I thought we did a good job.

We were going to do R&J too, but then it was ancelled. Pity, I wanted to play Tybald. He basically runs around pissing people off and then killing them, well, until Romeo kills him. But he\'s cool ;)

mickc22

Granddad!
thank you

only joking with the lumberjack thing, ....you know that right? .....Nelson? ....Nelson! ....no! ..no! .....Aaaarrghh!!.....

Our Tybalt was typecast, he did the same thing to the cast.... pity we couldn\'t kill him, but we did whack him around when he was supposed to be dead so he couldn\'t react.. :p

I wanted to be Mercutio, but the guy they got was also the fight coregrapher, so...

Mercutio was \"da man.\" His Queen Mab monologue was a lifesaver for me in drama class. :bouncy:

Oh, great.. have you started reading Stanislavski yet? I know the man basically made the modern way of acting, but he did NOT know how to keep a reader enthralled. Even if you haven\'t, I do reccomend reading his books, the first and last, skip the middle (I think they\'re An Actor Prepares and Building a Character). Crazy thing is, I just got into theater as a minor because it seemed easier to me but now I\'m better than some of the majors... and they know it! :p
