Impressive... I wish I had that much spare time (and equipment) on my hands... I probably still wouldn't do anything with them but it would be nice :p

It's quite sad, but actually very cool as well. Love the idea of turning a 3d model into a paper net too!

wow. The lengths some will go to just to win a cosplay contest...

Amazing work there. He could probably market them like the star wars guys do the storm trooper armor.

Haha the funny thing about that -

You can't really market it, at least not out in the open. It's kind of accepted, but unofficially. You have to know who to get ahold of, and the suits aren't cheap.

So many awesome 'ibles. I've never understood the cosplay crowd though.

It's a shame how most of the instructables published lately seem to be pointless (in that if you have all the equipment you need to complete the project, you would already know how to do it...or they're just repeats...or there's not even an attempt to publish a complete "how to"), but that's a whole other topic.

I have clicked and learned a great many things. Now for the important question. What costume will put me in the best position to attract the ladies at Ottawa's Comic-con next year?
