Happens to me every night. No one ever is on at 9:00 West coast time. It\'s very depressing. Though am i the only one who\'s noticed that CMON has been a little less busy recently? The amount of posts arn\'t quite as overwhelming now.

Talking to one\'s self is OK, even answering

BUT, if you ever get into flame war with yourself, then you know you\'ve gone over the edge...

Wazzat clock set for, anyway?

The clock is set to GMT, isn\'t it? I mean Grenwich Mean Time, so the time on CMON is that for Western Europe.

Maybe we could call it DFT - Drangonsreach Fantasy Time. lol

Is that like Gamer Standard Time - the game starts 1-2 hrs after its scheduled start time due to folks arriving late (as expected). :D

I love a bad ghost story. I find stories about good ghosts boring.
To all who\'ve enquired:
I work in a building which was built at the turn of the 20th century (1901-2) as a school. The IT section (my group) is situated in the basement. According to a number of accounts this building and in specific the basement was used as a morgue during the First and possibly Second World Wars. Where I work (Birkenhead) was a major port for the western approaches to the UK mainland and the possibility that the school was used as a morgue is feasible.
Now according to a number of people allegedly there have been \'unusual\' sightings of movements, somewhat like shadows out of the corner of your eye.
I admit that I\'ve been subject to that kind of visial occurrance, but as to it\'s cause, who knows.
I have had one truely strange occurrance: - I usually get in early in the morning, anywhere from 07:00 - 08:00 dependant on insomnia, one morning I got in early and when I was working in the Server Room and there was no one else in the Building, I clearly and distinctly heard womans footsteps on the tiled area. Being the manager and nosey bod I looked out and no-one in sight. I walked right round the basement, which is mostly open plan workshop, and the only doors unlocked were the ones to my office, the server room and the outer door.
I knew that the alarms to the rest of the building were still active as they are connected to the nightlights and were in \"Armed mode\". .
Now I know that they were womans footsteps due to the marked difference to the sound of high heels as opposed to the normal tread of a man\'s feet.
I\'ve never been able to explain it but during the whole experience never felt worried or scared.
And in case your wondering ; Yes I still come in early in the morning and work in the Server room alone.
One of my female colleagues cannot work in the area alone, due to the stories. She also claims to feel very oppressed and \'cold\' when in certain areas.

One thing extra; a bunch of us are planning to have a night in a haunted house to raise money for charity. I\'ll let you all know how that goes on.

Anyone else got a spooky story?
