unfortunately can\'t watch this one until I get home, doesn\'t work on the work computer, HOWEVER the first TMNT movie was awesome, definately one of my sentimental favorites, so I hope they don\'t ruin that memory!

The music from that first one was hilarrious too

same boat as Eric. I\'ll watch it tonight or tomorrow am.
I also loved the first TMNT movie. I don\'t see any need to do CGI, but I suppose it\'s cheaper than hiring short martial artists and making them wear big plastic suits.

The bit where he pulled his head into his shell to avoid a blade was classic and wouldn\'t be nearly as funny in CGI.

Dangit, now I\'m going to have to buy a copy of the old movie. Is it out on DVD?

My all time favorite scene however is durring the origin story flashback, the puppet of the rat practicing martial arts in his cage watching his master - Classic, also would not have been anywhere near as good in CGI

Yeah, I need to find this DVD too now, damnit! It certainly is available

My youngest brother was about 5-6 when this all came out, so I got subjected to it via him. The movie was CHEESY!! This one actually looks a bit more....turtlely

I was exposed to them through my KIDS
This teaser does make it look rather appealing. GOt a nice, dark, not too cheesy feel to it.

OK now I know why it doesnt work. I love the TMNT my son use to watch it when he was a kid so I saw all the movies and loved em. Would love to see a new film of them

Cowabunga dood. (Yer it doesnt sound right coming out of an old dood)

edit: luckily Im a system admin. Just upgraded to QT7 and watched the trailer. Nice graphics but the TMNT are too skinny. They look like gheckos in armour. Still looks good so I will go and see it.

I thought the cartoon was uber lame. I knew it best through the video game.
Then I read some of the comics, and the Usagi Yojimbo comic where they do a cameo and they were great.
Really nifty minis by Dark Horse a while back too.

That is extremely annoying, but I think you can uninstall Itunes afterwards and still keep Quicktime. I\'ve managed to do so, at least.

Ahhhh... C\'mon. Didn\'t you like the Vanilla Ice performance of Ninja Rap?

\"Ninja. Ninja. Raaap.\":)

By the way who fell in the dumpster? Leaonardo uses ninja-tos, Raphael uses sais, and Donatello used a bo staff. Who used nunchaku?

No no, Raf was the hardheaded always wants to fight one...

Mikey was the nunchaku using skateboarder who sounded like a surfer.

Finally got this to work myself, and yeah, this looks much more like the graphic novel TMNT, than the comic/cartoon tmnt which was a lot more campy and what the original movie was based off of. And the camp in that movie was awesome, it\'s what made the whole thing!

But I think there is room in this world for a bit more hardcore version/less camp version of TMNT, although good to see they\'re leaving some of the humor in there
