I\'ve been gone a few months, I\'m sure I was appropriatly missed (well probablly not but that\'s OK).

Had some excitement while I was gone.

For those of you who remember certain court drama (revisitable here). The sentencing went much better than I could have hoped. The arse got 1 year in prison and 1 year probation after, his DNA will be sent to the national database and he had a slew of other restrictions.

On even more exciting news, my wifie was also busy producting:

Her name is Cassandra and she was born Feb 22 at 8lb 2oz and 22\" long. She makes for the 3rd and final kid in my family. I made sure of that in the beginning of February

1. The Sentancing seems light to me as well...but hopefully it will do the loser some good.

A) I was told not to expect more than a couple months so a year in the slammer sounded good to me.

Oh come on, that\'s ridiculous. An unprovoked, potentially fatal attack gets you ONE YEAR? News flash: This guy will never be a positive contribution to society. He either needs a longer sentence or needs to pay you life-long compensation.

Well, I much prefer the happier note. Congratulations! I\'m sure she\'ll be the cutest child ever, or at least she will be to mummy and daddy, just like the other two were
