Where do you live sam?


I know even in my little podunk Iowa town that a few shops carry the NY Times....or at least the Sunday edition of it. Don't you have anthing like that near you?

Theres shops that sells papers, but you can't get the new york times in the uk. I think theres a digital copy that people in the uk can get, but its the physical printed copy that i need.

I'll run over to the newspaper shop here in my town that I know used to sell them. I'll let you know. In the meanwhile if a kind New Yorker appears, maybe they will help.

And if everyone else fails, I can stop here in the area at a Barnes & Noble. They tend to have copies, although it may be that they only carry the Sunday edition.

Are you looking to cut it up or some other such?

EDIT: You know, have you tried contacting the Times directly? They might be able to help as well.

right, tried at the local libraries........ nothing, Contacted NYT......... nothing.

@ pegazus, yeh sort of, i need to work out the grid, and sizes for there layout. which i can only work out by physical copy to measure etc.

can anybody help???

like i said if anyone can i will send some hobby goodness there way

I'll swing by B&N on the way home. Do you care if it is the Sunday edition, or the daily? And would you need all of the newspaper, or just like the first section? I'm pretty sure I could leave any coupons or advertisement inserts out.

Sorry Sam...The newspaper shop was sold out (they only get the Sunday version, and only a handful of them)....So I was trying to get this weeks (it'll appear tomorrow, apparently)...But if you got it all sorted, I won't bother!

Jeez, I thought it'd be easier! LOL
