Genasi are still humanoid in form, just with (typically) wild hair and strange coloration. You don't need to get a vastly different model so much as come up with a vastly different paint scheme.

Which element is the Genasi of?

So you want something lithe with a different posture. Avoid anything with flowing robes and use something with a jerky whipcord appearance. I'm going to go through the CMON mini's today and see if anything in there is suitable.

Does your genasi have a preferred weapon? Is he melee, divine, arcane, etc? Is your genasi male or female?

Based on the art work I've seen for the Genesai, I'd say to look at Rackham metals, if you can find any. To me, they seem to fit.

many of the elf models would work. just pick one of your architype (class) and resculpt the hair to be more elemantal & crazy.
