I need some tutorial about painting good realistic hair

I just bought some minis and I was trying to do realistic hair.

If you know of a tutorial, or have any "recipe", please share with me, I'll try everything

Perhaps this article would be useful. The first part of it details the artist's painting fur on a Wolfen's leg. Conferring the technique to hair seems plausible, though a bit different given many models have been sculpted with large recesses in the hair already. (GW Horse mane's are the worst. Just make tiny recesses and let the painter's embellish the depth!)

If you want to go truly realistic then try to work from photographic references if you can to get the colours right as well as where the hair is lightest and darkest.
