i need to meet people

ok... After a long winded PMing session with uberdark, He asked me whether i could meet him, so he could give me advice on how to paint minis etc. unfortunately he lives in another country
:(
so i am wondering, is there anyone who lives near york who i can meet up with during the easter holiday (2 or 3 weeks time) Iwould love to meet up with someone.

I think you must write where do you live. That could helps a lot. You also may go to the Golden Daemon contest. That\'s place where you can learn a lot in one day.

When in the forums, in the upper right-hand corner (under where it says \"Logged in as\") is User Control Panel. Click on that, go to Edit Profile and under the Edit Profile - Optional section, enter your location.

i wouldnt - painters are a weird lot!! lol for a meet up, i reckon the best opportunity, as muk said, is games day. as you are waiting for the hols, i assume you are still in school? how old? you got a car etc?

You could also go wait at the closest hobby strore until someone talented is passing by...
You could also make friend with the employee there.. these guys often need friends :rolleyes:

Anyway, you\'re lucky youre in angland, plenty of painters there...
I haven\'t met one in my whole life...
