You mean Cardiff up through to Castell Coch and then Caerphilly? I went to Caerphilly on the bike last week but went to Trecenydd rather than the town centre. Nice ride!

I do have some small \'bona fides\'....
I did live in Treforest for a while...(one of the best years of my life!!) and I did originally marry a Welsh girl.
Soon discovered my mistake however:bouncy:
And I was conceived in Cornwall...I think that must count for something....:bouncy:

I love South Wales!!
I used to work for Fords and they bunged me into their Treforest spark plug plant. Despite being a hugely rich, international company they decided to accommodate me at the YMCA in Cardiff:duh: I only spent one night there as the workers in the plant \'shared me around\' in the nicest possible way of course...
At least I think it was innocent. Frankly, that year is a bit of a blank....
I do have hugely positive memories however!!!
(And none of them involve sheep....)

No not that one, the three castles route takes in Skenfrith Castle, Grosmont and White Castle. If you draw a triangle between Monmouth, Abergavenny and Hereford you will hit all three but don\'t panic you won\'t have to go as far as Hereford
White Castle is on the Offa\'s Dyke path and is the westerly one of the three and Grosmont is the northern most, Skenfrith is owned by the NT, you can park up at any one of them then walk or cycle between them if I remember correctly the walk is abouta 12 to 15 mile round trip maybe a little less but it is reasonably flat.

In fact because of the continual bleating and whining of the English about 10 years ago we gave them part of Monmouthshire back

And I don\'t understand rugby either!
Though I quite like that Welsh whiskey that tastes like brandy.

c\'mon guys, i never use captiols and rarely use correct punctuation (too slow and innacurate at typing - i spend half the time pressing the backspace button)
@rev of course i was backing you up. if it was (W) welsh and spelt treforest, it would be pronounced trevorest. i am a little dissapointed you had to look that up!
