I wanna do a conversion of LOTR but I don\'t know how to do it

I was watching ROTK and saw a Mordor Troll Druummer. I thought it would make a really good conversion but I have never converted anything before. How could I make a Mordor Troll Drummer?

I don\'t know well the model..anyway if you don\'t want to make the drums with greenstuff, the biggest thing for your purpose already cast that i remind are the drums of the Gw orcs plastic sprues, then i suppose you must re-position the arms, i\'ll go to see a picture of that mordor troll.

ok i saw the troll, it\'s a not hard conversion to do...the weapon arm is already in pose to hold a big drum-mace, you can cut the weapon head and do that with greenstuff (eventually you reposition the hand a bit pointing to the sky) the other arm looks already ok to hold the drums.

Thank you for your advice but I do not like the actual Mordor Troll mini. I much prefer the Cave Troll so I was thinking to make one out of that. I will try to use Orc drums, i think that maybe a good idea. I may even use Green Stuff to sculpt them freshly.
