idea for a color scheme

Hi,

i like to paint a coat of a mini with Hexed Lichen / Liche Purple as base color. Which colors do you think can i use on the other parts of the mini? ???
I\'m thinking about
- black
- light green
- dark blue
- pink

Any ideas or links to minis are welcome.

Hmm, most of those colours could probably work. You could probably use other colours close to purple to create a nice scheme, for example doing some areas in a more reddish purple and others in a more blueish purple. Purple\'s complementary colour is yellow, so purple and yellow can complement each other nicely.

I know light green and dark blue work very well together, I\'m having a problem envisioning throwing pink into the mix, but it could work, I think I\'d want to see a test first before making a decision

As Eric says do a test piece first. You dont have to do a whole mini but enough to se if the colors work together. It depends on the sort of mini your painting as to what colr scheme to use. You can go dark like using blacks and other purples or light by using yellows. Good luck.

The mini i like to paint is the Reaper 2562 - Gossamer Air Elementalist Sorcerer. I was thinking on things like
- storm - darkness - lightning etc.
But i doesn\'t want that she becomes to dark.
I think i \'ll choose
dark blue, dark purple, black and some parts should become pink.
