I think he meant that every article that is in the book has been taken from CMON.

This is that same arsehead that did the CMON article compilation without permission too! Or at elast the same book.

Yes, used without permission. I just sent a mail to the seller asking him to remove the auction lest he face certain legal problems. I am sure someone has written to e-Bay already.

I\'ve contacted everone of his purchasers and advised them of the infringement of our respective copyrights. So far I\'ve had a couple of responses one of whom has helped us out quite nicely.
I hold no grudges against the purchasers, as we can only beieve that they were acting on what appears to be a Classic Bargain, and to be honest I might have done the same before the first instance of this infringement.

Now I\'m wondering if I will get an answer in response to my complaint to the seller. Not going to hold my breath though

Alrighty then the item in question has been removed from ebay as well as my pay now list and declare null and void by ebay due to policy violations that they would not elaborate on.Thank the GODS I didnt want to infringe on any of my fellow cmoners rights.Thanks Dragonsreach for the comment on ebay.Will keep a look out for this in the future.DD:D:D:cool::cool:

How in earth can you just have 95 left when it\'s a downloadfile? ;) So as long as this guy still has a computer and backup of the file... I do think weekly searches are in usefull.

Yep this has been pulled, and I think weelky searches are the onlyway to stop this happening, although they will be a pain in the arse to do.

On a more positive note however, If it wasn\'t for this cocknose selling this a while back I would have never have discovered this site, And Mike stated that a few of the buyers from this time round have been helpful and now use this site. Maybe like me they will take out a subscription and help keep this place going- so some good may come from this.
