According to Arthur (Frenchkid), there should be an American distributor soon. In the meantime, if you PM Frenchkid he is willing to help us poor under-priveleged Americans get our hands on some. :D

I think there was someone else who was willing to do this too, using Paypal to exchange funds. Can\'t remember who though.

Like markus said I\'m working on finding an american/english distributor. Should be available soon. So if you can wait a bit then you shall receive reward for your patience. Or if you are eager to get your hands on some minis then PM me.

Ilyad... Wonderful miniatures (perfect treeman!), but way too expensive...
Like Mosch and frenchkid I can also order some Ilyad minis and send them to you if you want them. Easily via Paypal.
But of course that would mean high shipping costs...

Oh my....

Those miniatures are wonderful...maybe a bit pricy, but incredibly cool.

I thought that Dragonrune had the best looking Orcs available, but I may have to change my tune.

If I recall, they made of resin, is that true?

I suppose I can wait until there is an American distributer......:(:(

There are too many to choose from as my favorite, so I\'ll just go with this guy...

Yes they are a bit bigger, don\'t know the exact scale though. I don\'t think 35mm so I\'d go with a bit oversized 30mm.
And yes they are of resin wich makes them easy to prep. And fun fact about Resin is that it won\'t melt, it\'ll just bend, so if you ever need anything bent well get it next to the fire :p Oh and it as a really smooth finnish, unlike metal wich tends to be a bit grainy. Down side is that if you\'re unlucky you can end up with a mini full of small holes :p Dosn\'t happen often though, I\'m just cursed

\'slightly larger\' may be a bit of a misnomer

Check this out Patrick...

(this is from the WIP II thread, Dragonpaint\'s project)

Oooo, That is huge. Maybe too huge for my needs. Thanks Supervike. I might need to rethink these. Does anyone have any pics of the smaller characters to compare the scale?

You\'re welcome :)

I think this is one of the bigger characters but it was a shock when I have opened the box.

I also have to say that it\'s really detailed and the cast is perfect (just two or three really small holes)
I have glued the resin using the Zap-a-Gap glue without problems and the GW primer works really well on it jest in case you are curious about it.

You think so? Well I suppose I wouldn\'t paint them pure white. I would probably do them in a sunny yellow.

The two WIPs are both Reaper, for scale. The one on the left is probably the largest normal-size (35mm) guy in their Warlord line. I receive these from Marineboy, as part of the Tsunami Relief set. There were also two over-sized figures in the box, one ogre and one 54mm historical. So I guess it depends on the figure, but I think that one of Paolo\'s is supposed to be a giant, he looks quite a bit larger then the ogre I have.

(PS - sorry about the blurriness, I was in a rush and didn\'t set up the tripod, and in case anyone is wondering they are standing in Peanut butter.) lol

Are they baseless?

I really do like quite a few of them, and now that I know the scale is a bit more...manageable.

Is that really peanut butter?
