Ilyad Size Comparison

I\'m sure a lot of people would want to know how big the Ilyad minis really are. I took this (Horrable) picture so you can tell. The order goes Ilyad (Armegeddon), GW (40k), Rackham (Confrontation), GW (LotR), GW (WFB), Reaper (Dark Heaven), and Ilyad (Chronicals of the Black Moon).

As you can see, they are much bigger.

They look about the perfect size to me...If I wasn\'t already wrapped up in Rackham, Warmachine and Urban War minis I\'d be on to them like a shot

Good idea to post a size comparison but be careful as there is a variation in sizes throughout the Ilyad range, the Black Orcs are about the size of Ogres and there are some larger models still like the new Minotaur and Goum, whils others like Desdemone and Goums sister peppette are small Peppette being around the size of an LOTR hobbit if not smaller.

Yep, that looks like it, thanks! It seems so more Rackham-esque in angus\' pic though... curious.

Well Angus\'s picture it\'s a slightly different angle, and the details are obscured by the lighting thats probably why... I have to say it does/did look more appealing in Angus\'s picture...

As i worked for 1 year in the ilyad team, i can say:

the size is 33 to 36 at the eyes. Why? cause as the mini are in resine, to sculpt small details as armes, blades etc... without broke them....
I prefer this size to... more surface for freehands hihih

Sadly agreed. I\'m not mad about Reaper, and I thought that maybe they\'d produced something that might excite me as much as their unicorns and pegasi did. Still a nice mini, just not as nice as what the silhouette implied.
