Hey!
Im currently finding it hard to get motivated to paint (this may be because of coureswork!) and i have loads of stuff to still paint, including a whole battle for skull pass box set, minus one goblin regiment! I think i need a new figure to get me back into it. Have you any suggestions for a one off games workshop figure (any army) thats really easy to paint?
Thanks

Thats unfortunate to hear!

While I dont know what type of stuff is in your interest, I would reccomend the newer plastic orc hero on boar/foot. That kit has a pretty good variety of pieces, and orcs seem to look good in every kind of painting style.

EDIT: I just realized you were talking about orcs in your post! An orc might not be something you are interested in. I would reccomend virtually any of the newer GW plastic kits, as these seem to have really clean sculpts that are really fun and easy to paint, such as the new dark angels and empire.

Hope you stick with it,

-Matt

this is by far my favorite mini i have ever painted. i have done it 3 times already. the back cape leaves for some interesting fun to do with it.

That croc fig is awesome, wow!

You could fit that in as a witch elf, or somewhere in the dark elf army, maybe even a wood elf spell-singer, no?

it could easily do that since it and the dark elves were all sculpted by the same bloke. a guy from indiana.

If I\'m not interested in painting a mini, but want to get back into it, I usually see if I can\'t do a little conversion work on a particular mini from among the bunch. That just gets me into the spirit of trying to create something interesting and unique, and then, once that is done, I end up painting it, because I\'m all excited to see the final result.
