I'm interested in feedback on my Imperial Assault-figures

Hello there,

It's been a long time since I posted on CMON, and I posted a few of my figures from Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Imperial Assault to get some honest feedback. You can find them easily by browsing the gallery, searching for my user name, 'other' manufacturer and science fiction.

Some answers to questions which will surely come up:

I kept the bases neutral and specifically did not do anything fancy with them because the minis are operating in a huge variety of environments (speaking of nicely designed map tiles), and I did not want them to stand out as not fitting. Who knows, maybe one day I will change my mind about it.

In the case of all characters from movies and tv-shows I use lots of reference material to get the colours and details all right. I usually exaggerate the colour a little bit because we're speaking of minis here, and I want them to pop a bit.

I also aimed at getting faces right and representing canonic characters as well as I could.

Many thanks in advance!

Dude you have painted all of them to a super standard and I love the extra details like vader and ashoka from rebels, great weathering on boba. stormies are great, and I will always have a soft spot for the dewback ever since I had the toy way back in the 80's! (wish I still had it)

I wonder if you could increase the saturation of the blue and red on obi and vader's sabers on an edge and possibly if you are game a little extra osl on vaders cape?
For the dewback a little more sand colour on the underside and feet.
As you say the faces are really well done and they make the minis look awesome!
these are just my thoughts you have a great set already thank you for sharing :)

It would be a pleasure to play with these!
I say it again wonderful work.

Well there is certainly nothing ”wrong” with any of your figures, all are clean and precise.
Bearing that in mind there is room for in creasing the contrast so that the figures have an added ‘depth’ to them.
For example Ashoka Tano would definitely be one I would increase the definition of shadow curvature on the blue of her head and strengthen other shadows as well as a few key highlight points.
