Image rejected

I've just tried to post a pic and it has been rejected and the reason stated is "new" ???

It's smaller in terms of Kb and otherwise the same width than the other 2 that I posted at the same time and they have both been accepted, so I am a bit surprised that it was rejected.

Erm ....can someone tell me why this has happened and how not to have it happen again in the future.

it could be a multi-post issue. looking at your gallery i see that you already have two images of the same mini up. repeated posting of the same mini is generally frowned upon unless the new posting contributes something different (eg details of a big diorama etc).
just a guess.
