Image size...

Hello,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I have an issue with the size of the pics I want to upload. Not about the kb size tho.

When I post a pic of my minis, they are very big. I mean, it takes more than a screen. I've tried to reduce their size on GIMP, but it's not changing anything.

I'm a total noob in pictures editing, and I was wondering if you had any idea what I could do to post pics with a better size.

If I'm not posting the the good forum section, let me know and I'll change.

I find making the image 25cm high at 72dpi works great.
making the image around 1meg.

You may also want to host your pics on an off-site server such as photo bucket and just point to them rather then trying to directly upload them here.
