Image status is waiting

Does a new image need to be approved or did I miss a step when posting if it's status is waiting?

Your account is new,.. so Dragonsreach might have to "ok" your picture before it posts. (Helps keep spammers down some I think). Once you have an established presence though, you should be able to post immediately

If you're talking about the main gallery, then yes, all images get approved before being posted. Usually by the next day they're up. Sometimes 2 if the moderators are really busy.

Thanks for that. I figured as much but I didn't see it in the faq

I usually get to do the image approval two or three times a day depending on work. (Ahem)
Everything that was awaiting being approved is now not waiting any longer.
