It\'s when your image has failed to load enough times. It becomes de-activated and the moderators check if it\'s ok or not! If the image is broken the post will be deleted, otherwise it will be re-activated. If the images are hosted off-site it might take longer for the image to load and people might skip it. Or, the remote site might be temporarely unavailable.
