I like cinnamon toast for toast.

Strawberry preserves and peanut butter sandwiches, oooh a favorite lunch.

But when it comes to cooking, I\'m pretty much Gin\'s opposite. I don\'t enjoy food preparation at all, but do enjoy the results of it. I\'ll try any new dish at least once. I love going to new restaurants and trying something that has a good description, even if I don\'t really know what it is.

:D

I love to cook.. would love to take cooking lessons at some point to. Id really love to learn Thai cooking and Indian.

Indian cookery, yes! Preferably done by a wizen little man crouching on the ground before two battered tin pots over a camel dung fire at a busstation somewhere only the gods know where between Delhi and Varanasi ... rice and lentils to make the angels sing....mmmmmm.....

No peanut butter over here. :(

But pork roast still covered with the skin is a traditional dish, a true pearl of the Danish kitchen.

Danish pork roast, traditionlly served in the holiday season with stewed red cabbage, white and brown (candied) potatos, brown gravy and tyttebær (wild red berries gathered in the forests of Sweden , taste somewhat similar to cranberries, just a little bit sweeter) sauce.

I always roast a duck the day before I make the holiday meal, the duck dripping makes for a mouthwatering gravy.lol

My sincerest apologies, Naukhel. I have not made myself clear and in doing so have brought grief and anguish upon you.

The proper progression of events is:

roast duck (eaten)

drippings from roast duck (saved)

roast pork

drippings from roast duck and roast pork (mixed)

brown gravy from dripings (sublime)

You\'re right, DFD, we must be hobbits.
lol
