Inquisitor Acolyte - comments welcome

Here\'s my last piece, an Inquisitor Acolyte from the Lord Coteaz boxed set.

It was painted in about 5 hours so is not one of my best works, expecially the base that is simple as requested from the customer.

Seems a common problem of all my miniatures, I have just a couple of them that break the \"8\" barrier.

I need to play more with freehands and conversions

5 hours? Crud, you should enter speed painting contests...I think it deserves an 8 just for that. It\'s a nice, bright mini, and I like the general colour scheme/colours.

Nelson: 5 hours can easily become 6 or 7 if you pay more attention to the lettering and to the pattern.
The rest was pretty easy to paint using the standard highlight and shading with just some attention to the color scheme and I\'m happy you like it.

AlexDaKid: now is 7.3 but I think is a fair vote compared with some other mini

I voted a solid eight. I don\'t know if I will ever get a \"7\" mini posted, if that is the expectation.

Great work Paolo. I like the clean crispness of the painting, and the well defined detail...

at least I know I\'m on the right way to produce a miniature that remain stable on the \"8\" area.

I have to give some finishing touches to an Inquisitor scale miniature... I\'ll post as soon as possible.
