This is one of those rare days when I actually finish painting something.:D
This is one of my favourite GW sculpts and I hope I\'ve done justice to it. Of course I spotted a few blending flaws once I photographed it and could inspect it in three times its actual size, but mainly I\'m happy with the result. Please, let me know what you think! Comments and suggestions are much appreciated.

Oh, I nearly forgot:

The best thin about this mini is probably the colourscheme. The base is also very good, although I don\'t think it suits the gothic look of the character very well.

I voted 8.

Keep up the good work!!!

Wonderful stuff...

You certainly have done this awsome GW sculpt justice. Love the drab tones on the cloak, they really work well. The face is awsome, although the close-up doesn\'t look quite as good.

The base is a little fussy in my opinion, it blends in too much with the shades of the miniature, minor point though as the rest of it is a 9 for sure...

Cheers for sharing,
Jas

Well, I\'m a sucker for murky brown colours. I know it won\'t win me any Golden Demons, but I like it!:D

Thanks everybody for voting!

Nice one Ritual. Very good control on the painting and shading- a superb effort. Maybe you should actually finish a few more ehhh?;)

Sweet stuff :) Like your painting a lot.. very brå(sp???)
But the base is a bit too large for this fella IMO.
Gave it a 9

very nice, clean look ! I really like his face and his robes.

How did you make those funky leaves on the base?

Those are Hudson & Allen Studio\'s \"Forrest Litter\". Bascially they are just seeds from birches so if you have birches nearby you could pick some and dry thoroughly. It should be the right season for it...

Thanks again, everybody, for voting.:)
