Interaction of Field Control and Outflank (Reaver Catpain's ability)

Hi,
I would like to ask about the interaction between Field Control (Targ card) and Outflank (Reaver Catpain's ability).
If a Grayjoy player activates NCU, put it on the Maneuver zone and declares that he would like to replace the zone effect with the outflank, can a Targ player play the Field Control card at this point and replace the Outflank effect with Field control effect, so in the end the Reaver Catpain's unit will stay in reserve and one other Grayjoy's unit will be able to shift 3" and became wakened.
I know that this may seam like a trivial question but one player in community is not convinced and official confirmation on the forum would be a great help for us.

Cheers

Answer based on a previous answer from Devs:
Field control would replace the zone's effect, forcing the Greyjoy to choose a unit to shift 3" then become weakened, rather than deploying a unit with the 'Outflank' ability.

To reiterate: in your example the Greyjoy unit will stay in reserve and the Greyjoy player must choose another Greyjoy unit to shift 3", then become weakened.

Motivated by Coin triggers when an NCU Claims a zone, replacing the effect at that moment... One example would be the Targaryen card "Field Control", which switches the, usually beneficial effect, to a negative. This is done when an NCU Claims the zone. In that specific event, Field Control would replace the zone effect upon being Claimed.

In this example, you can replace 'Motivated by Coin' to 'Outflank' because it shares the same 'When an NCU claims a zone' trigger.
