Introducing myself + new entry

Hi all!
After a long time lurking these forums it\'s time from me to emerge from the shadows I think :D

Some info about myself: I started painting minis in Dec.2003, when a friend of mine gave me a GW dwarf, which I used for a character in D&D. I couldn\'t play with this unpainted piece of metal and so it began. Since then I constantly tried to improve my skills, which of course was greatly helped by people in forums like this one.
I\'m from Frankfurt/Germany(Gruß an alle deutschen Pinselschwinger), 27yrs old and wishing to be a student again to have more time for painting...

Enough spamming, my newest entry:

Man thats some serious work you have there. I would say you have reach the level where you should be teaching others about painting.

Love your stuff. Welcome to the forums. I did the vote thing.

Hi and Welcome, Grimvar

Painting so well is surely a good way to get respected around these forums:D

Thanks people!
I\'m quite content how the squad came out, esp. the faces. It was the first time I had FW-stuff in my hands. It\'s nicely detailed but I was a bit underwhelmed by the casting quality, some surfaces being less smooth than the plastics from GW... nonetheless I would paint the FW stuff again :) That Malanthrope...mmmhhhh :p
