Hi,

this message is actually for Ipaintminis since I promised to drop a note when a particular mini is available, but I thought other might want to know too so I\'m posting it here.

Wow! Alice and throught the looking glass were my two favourite books as a child, and so glad we now have figs for them!

But, why wasn\'t I notified of this sculpting competition? ???
(Author\'s note: I was probably too busy and you probably did announce it, but I want to blame someone other than myself for my cluelessness... :p )

Oooooh! Ming-Hua, these are very nice! I especially like the white knight, alice and the catterpillar and Kev White\'s Alice.... bugger they are all good!

Er, I only made the captain of the cards in the second set. My favourites are the Bob Olley and Drew Williams entries by the way.

For those who don\'t know the background story, well, frother\'s unite organised a sculpting competition and the theme was \"Alice in wonderland\". They first wanted to only make one set but with the many good entries they decided to make a second set with runners up as well.

As to current sculpting competitions, the only one I can think of is the chronicles of the black moon one by the Paris store \"starplayer\". I think that\'s just in the store though.
There are also three showcases (no price) going on: VIP at the 1listsculpting yahoo group (thigns that go bump in the night), TEP at the figurines_fr group (animals), at the creafigs site (santa with the monsters - some real cool WIPs there).

Anybody know any others?

Those are all so impressive, what a wonderfull idea for a competition and display of talent.

I think it may be time for an early present, merry christmas me!

Great work, I love the Jack stealing the tarts, shame its not being cast.
