I think the axe is just too big. I know Dwarf weapons aren\'t exactly subtle, but that is crazy! It makes him look a bit like a super deformed character rather than a Dwarf, almost comical.

Overall the model looks good though. The eye slits on the mask are perhaps a little too high, making the face look a bit too elongated for a Dwarf, but it\'s not a major fault.

I\'m afraid I have to go with Iono on the axe head. It lets down what is otherwise a cracking green. A general reduction in the size of the axebit would still fit perfectly with the haft and not look quite so overbalanced. Better still replace it with a hammer.

\"If in doubt; HIT IT WITH A HAMMER!\" lol

I guys , this is my last 54 mm work ended!!
If you want to vote it (http://www.coolminiornot.com/154350)
It is composed from two parts:

1) the axe with the hand (separated in the point in which there is the wrist)
2)the rest of the model

I hope you like it.
Now i wont to realize some copies .
I will sell not more than 18 euro one copy.
If someone like it at want to get it, send me an e-mail at ocram@planio.it
If i receive at least 20 e-mail , i will begin the production... i hope :D

It\'s a great job for your first 54mm sculpt for sure. It all came together pretty well and there is lots of potential here.

I think the axe is still a bit of a problem though. It is a bit smaller now, which is better. The head is now a good size for a two-handed axe. The problem is that the grip isn\'t really big enough to accommodate two hands. Lengthening the axe shaft just a little and elongating the grip would be a good idea.

I do like the dragon design on the axe head though, that\'s cool.

I\'m not sure quite how well this will cast up because the greenstuff work isn\'t quite as sharp as it could be in places (by that I mean it is rather rounded and bubbly). More refined and sharp edges will be of more benefit to people painting it I think.

In all it\'s great, but I think you should look at this as a warm up. Use all the skills you have developed here and your next model will be much closer to the sort of standard where production is a good idea.
