Iron Painter round 2 ( Apologies to Reverend for the new edition ogre )

I tried to improve on some mistakes made in the first round.

That is a very awesome display! Can you take some close up pictures of the hanging weapons and the ogre? I can tell they are painted very well and I want to stare at them in awe. Great work, cool concept, and well executed.

No problem I guess
Awesome diorama, I love your idea and the OSL is done nicely on the wall. You could have tried to paint OSL on the ogre aswell but I still like it.

The sword is really really hot
Only a point of critism on that one is that I can see the difference in layers. You could try feathering or blending on it. Its a flat surface so that is easier than on other parts.
On CMON there is a great article about feathering (search articles -> feathering).

Very cool!! Good idea well executed.

Criticism - for a blacksmith shop, the floor is way too clean!! Be good to see some half done stuff and lengths of \'raw material\'....rivits too.

I agree that the floor is a bit bare, I would like to go back to it and add some bits and bobs, but unfortunately time was against me

agreed far to neat for a blacksmith shop particulary an ogres, i think the wall above the burner needs some reflective warmth, but brilliant nontheless.
