Hey Guys
Having let our 40K armies lie fallow in favour of Fantasy for some time (some of us since 2nd edition) me and a couple of the lads decided to start what we're calling the "40K Escalation challenge"...........Sounds fancy don't it.
In brief we have all started a new army that we've not played before and will meet up every two months for a mini tournament, starting at 500 points and increasing by 500 points every two months.
Having never been a chaos player i've decided on the Iron Warriors and the hope is to end up with about 3000 points with just about every miniature being converted in some fashion.
I'm posting on here to get some helpfull critisim (if not helpful then at least funny) and hopefully improve my painting and converting skillz.
So without further ado this is my converted Warsmith....

This fella is very much still WIP, there a gaps that need filling, it think the servo arms need bulking out, the weapons on the lower arms need work, he needs a proper base and there will eventually be a severed head held by a mechanical claw in his left hand.
