Is Banshee\'s Ogrum a dwarf?

I just received my Ogrum \"iron heart\" and it\'s a wonderful piece! The sculpting is sensational, the casting quite quite good.
One thing: the legs are obviously too short in relation to the rest of the body - if we think \"human\" proportions.
Of course this is done on purpose, but I wonder: if lovely Mr Iron Heart is not human, if he is shorter, is he of a dwarf-like (short-legged creatures) race, or is he from a race that is very specific in which case I don\'t know of it.
all infos most welcome!
I can\'t recommend this mini enough!

For some reason I think that those are linked together in more then one way..

Don\'t you think that elves take a dump like anyone else? ;)
