Just finished painting the latest offering from Studio McVey and I think this it's my favourite. A cross between Mrs Coulter and.......some sort of Russian Bond Villain who strangles people with her legs.
I'm going to paint another in white so will try and take a few stage by stage pics over the next couple of weeks.

Comments and crits welcome.

I like her but there is one thing that is bugging me on this paint job Ali and that is the trousers. They seem a very close match on her thighs to that of the skin of her tummy and I had to look really hard to try and decide if she had something wrong with her knees or not.

This mini is so good. The sculpt is very characterful and your painting is amazing. I just love what you did with her coat and the animal.

I actually though it was a drawing when I saw the first photo, hehe, thats how smooth it is! And the sculpt is amazing! JAG stuff is allways top notch! So is your painting..
Best part for me is the face, really smooth and beatifull.

damn she actually have pants! i first thought she was naked, which had been way nasty :D
ace paintwork and a 10 from me without a doubt.

I have to admit that when I saw the pictures in the news forum, I too thought that she was wearing see through trousers.
Tempting, very tempting.

Third or fourth time now I've tried to put this pic in the gallery and it's just randomly disappeared after a couple of days. Happened with Sharro too. Any ideas?

External host - as all the pics I submit are. I did host a few with CMON but they were looking too compressed. The weird thing is, it happened with the last mini i posted about 5 or 6 times before it finally took it.

ok - I hosted with cmon. Not too bad. Have they increased the file size you're allowed to upload?

The paintjob is looking great and so is the sculpt! :)

Yeah the max file size now is 1024kb with a Zoom option, so that should fit all purposes really.

One of the most "I need it" figures I've seen. Paint job is a doozie an all.

Reminds me of an ex I had to let go. Cos've how she looks, nothing to do with the monkey. :eek:

As for the trouser situation. You guys need to tweak your monitors a touch and quit with the wishful thinking;) - Though I'm sure it would be an easy conversion if you were sold on that being a feature.
