At the risk of sounding ignorant ??? what exactly is Harbinger? I\'ve seen it mentioned somewhere but never experienced it personally. I want to know if I should be excited or not...

Does this mean they will have actual magazines again? The online download stuff is not nearly as fun as a real magazine. I have all the old ones, I think.

No, seriously, you can\'t use a computer as bed-time reading for mini and game reviews. That\'s what Harbinger is - an independent gaming/miniature magazine.

Thats all fine and dandy, But Id like to know what happened to the 11 issues that remained and extra special miniatures that I paid for from my last subscription that I signed up for before they went belly up the last time.. got some emails about a refund but Ive never seen a dime.

As for those wondering what Harbinger is or was, it was a independant miniature magazine published in England that included articles on Painting and modeling along with gaming stuff for Games other than Games Workshop. It was doing pretty good but some months seended to be a 20 page advertisement for Rackham products.

Like others Ill wait to see whats the next step.

I think I read a statement somewhere that the \"new\" Harbinger was going to be a web magazine or possibly a pdf-magazine. Plans could have changed since then, for all I know, but that\'s the last thing I heard about it.

Yeah I heard the same on a thread here, and I think at TMP. Can\'t remember.

Hurray! Though it slowly got worse as time went by (noticiably the \"How to paint Rouge Trooper\" on the cover) I\'m glad to see Harbinger back! :drunk:

Also, you can get all of the released Harbingers (except for the angel one, Truth?) from the Magnificent Egos site.
