There was a post up just now that I think has been removed...

It touched upon \'bad-feeling\' in this forum and its environs. The post seems to have been removed already and I had only just replied. I can find no history of my posting through my recent post counters.

I will therefore lay out my thesis of forum usage:

IT IS ONLY A FORUM

WE ARE NOT ALL GOING TO GET ALONG

I CAN\'T BE ARSED TRYING TO BE EVERYONE\'S FRIEND

I LIKE AN EDGE TO PROCEEDINGS

Anybody else agree? Come on, let loose! The happy-clappy brigade is taking hold and the humour is on the wane.

March with me and raise your banners folks!

I haven\'t removed any posts recently, in fact, I don\'t think I have removed any posts ever.
Perhaps the person who posted it removed it?

If it wont get you in trouble could you refresh me on what the offending piece was. I wasn\'t aware you could remove posts.

That\'s what flummoxed me. It\'s just a bit of writinf from Frustrated Father about a tension and an edge to some recent postings. I can\'t remember a huge amount of the detail, only that French Kid said otherwise and I followed suit a bit more vocally. I\'ll try and find it again. I don\'t like it when things just seem to disappear...

Finn says he\'s innocent, though I wouldn\'t accuse him anyhoos as he\'s easily the most direct of us when he wants to be lol.

Well it must have been pretty serious to be asked to be removed.Theres plenty profanity here and sexual innuendo.
Personally I thought anything apart from the glaringly obvious was fair game on these forums.One of its main attractions for me is the freedom to say what I like.
There maybe neds to be some extra guidelines in place.

Start getting stricter here and people will start talking about us elsewhere.:(

For the record, no there was no profanity or anything else in it that ya\'ll would consider \'serious\'. I don\'t care for that to be reckoned with me personally. I took it off because I didn\'t want to add to the aggrivation around here - although Reverend seems to be cheesed (what type are you exactly?).

Anyhow - speculation builds fires. I\'m damn curious how large the bonefire will be by the time I get back from work tonight though in honest, its nothing to get ya\'ll worked up about.

It really would be a shame for relatively tame posts to be removed.The forum is the backbone of cmon and it will crumble fast if it gets too strict.

How about a mod explanation,their point of view would be well recieved Im sure.

EDIT @FF for me it is not the content of the post but the cencorship itself.
And going by your other posts I wouldn\'t have questioned the content.:)
