Hey Katie this was a very nice model irl. Everything is very clean, we just need to work on your depth now. I think the lack of deeper shadows makes it look flatter than it is. Now we just have to work on your photo taking skills!

Nice work.

I think as a whole the mini could use more contrast(particularly in the face and cape), but as olliekickflip said, the photo could use a little work so these could be better IRL.

I think a color other than black would have worked better for the cloth wrapped around his waist as it gets kind of lost now and some more color in the middle of the figure may have given it a little more pop, but that\'s just personal opinion.

The 54mm Volgor is currently kicking my ass, and it feels like I\'ve been working on him forever(also my first 54mm figure).

Yeah, I need a much better photo setup. Come to think of it, I\'ve never seen yours. What do you use?

I was afraid to go too deep, as I had heard that with 54mm you didn\'t need to go as far as you do with 28mm scale. I\'d love to know exactly where I should have gone

Also, Herb, the wrap around his waist is Vallejo\'s Dark Sea Blue and not black. Probably lost that detail when I autoleveled in photoshop. Or maybe I didn\'t have enough lighting...

And, yeah, he took forever. I worked on almost nothing else the last month and a half...
