Yes, it's a bit after the holiday season but I finally finished this in time for the Wamped competition. It's a gift for Lizcam. Some of you may know that her birthday is the 25th December and she her dream job is to be Santa, so here she is.

Nice work Roger Highlight on her bottom lip really stands out to me for some reason, nice touch. I thought the buckle said HASH, was expecting a crimbo delivery of fine medicinal green from the west coast

Thanks, Ubie. Well, she only has the one bionic knee and it is the left one, which is why she's putting more weight on it.

I think the red probably didn't photo as well, as it seems a *smidge* flat.

But that's small potatoes when I see that gorgeous face! Really stunning. That just turned out beautifully.

i think it's the slight flatness that makes it looks so velvety. works for me

As I said on WAMP, amazing. I can't say I actually like this sculpt, TBH, but the paint job is marvelous. The red is especially well done considering it has no suggestion of pink etc. that would muck up the Christmas-iness of it.

@supervike. I maybe could have pushed the highlight in some areas but extra layers didn't seem to be doing anything.

@freakinacage. I was thinking velvety when I was deciding what to do with the red. Whilst painting it I was just thinking, how many more layers do I need to get this area to full opacity? Red is a bugger.

Anyway, I'm pleased with it and I can also see areas for improvement so hopefully I've learnt from it. It's made Liz happy so the objective was achieved. The fact I managed to finish it in time to enter the wamped competition was a personal victory for me.
