It's opening night for the play

Last night was our last full dress rehearsal for the play that I'm in. We had a few people in the audience (maybe a dozen or so), but in about 12 hours, we go live in front of a sold-out house. In fact, tonight and the next three shows are either completely sold-out or have only a few seats remaining and next week's shows are filling up fast. Gotta admit, I'm pretty nervous.

The paper was down there to get some pictures of us being silly and all.

My youngest is the stage manager on a play this weekend at her college (it is her semester final).

We're off to go see it this weekend.

There's supposed to be somebody coming some time this week to get a video recording of the play, so maybe I'll be able to post an excerpt or two some time next week.

Tried to turn the entire town against Santa and said a lot of not-so-nice things about him.

Opening night went great. It was a sold-out crowd and they really seemed to enjoy it. Got quite a few compliments afterwards from some audience members about my performance, so guess I did something right.

Now, only seven more shows to go.

Oh, I know who he is; I've really like him in some of the different roles he's played.

But no, no one's told me that until now.
