Too soon! I like this model. The colors are a little bland but I can't think of anything you can do to spice up a model that is supposed to be so dreary. You could maaaaybe do some more extreme highlights on the brown on the cloak and the greys on his shirt, but I would get a second opinion before applying more paint.
