I love the Beastmen model you recently posted, nice subtle greens in the skin but I was particularly drawn on the metallics particularly the deep brown used for the necklace and the gut plate.

Could you possible give me a break down of the colours that were used to produce the scheme.

Any help appreciated ;)

Cheers,

Yup I know that he has a tutorial and I understand what it says. I just wanted the colours in case they weren\'t GW mainly.

I have his email and have used it before but since Jakob probably gets dozens of \'how did you do that\' emails a day I thought I\'d post here as it\'s a bit less intrusive :)

Hi,
The brass/bronze bits on the beastman was painted something like this:

Brazen Brass + a little Vallejo Model color Flat Brown for base coat. Shading with a mix of Flat Brown and Citadel Purple ink. Highlights were done adding first Dwarf Bronze and finally burnished gold and mithrill silver to the base colour.

I use a wet-palette so things get a little messy and I sometimes use whatever paints available on the palette. But this i the general colours. I also did a few very thin glaze of a various greens. Cannot remember which ones though. Sorry.

Hope this helps.
:)
Jakob
