) it is my first warjack and i am trying to give it a well used look still have a lot more to do on the weathering i am also going to make the engine very dirty and sooty ,also does anyone know how to do grease ond oil stains? i was thinking off giving it a power weapon(lightning effect) but i dont know if it will go with the heavy weathered look i am trying to achieve .any thoughts would be appreciated.
thanks jason

by giving the power weapon osl it will most certain become the focal point though as the model is very dull. make osl at the "eyes" instead! ;)

MIG produces an awesome oil/grease effect mix which i use very much in my painting, can really recomend that.

Hi there Jason, I think that I would go for a ligther base since the figure is darker. But first I would try to think on where is he, what kind of surroundings and why and from there create the mode light or dark that is needed for the "story" of your figure.

i would probably cut in some blue in the picture, perhaps tinting the leafs and some shade on the bottom of the tree and the base.

ok i have reworked the base to a more autumn style (didnt know what to use for snow :eyeroll!: ) still have to work the leaves a bit more and add a few grass clumps as for the mini i was going to push the highlights (on top of sleeve and were hand is holding staff) a little more :dont-know: any thoughts on the changes would be appreciated
thanks jason
