Mine arrived today and I had a quick look through some of it. I got the Spanish subtitles but I am able to turn those off. Not having looked at all 7 hours yet I don\'t know if I\'ll be able to do that for all of it.

I do get the issue about the dubbing seeming to get cut short as the chapters end.

yeah i have noticed problems with subs etc. they subs on the intro only run for half of it.

lovely to hear frenchkid\'s sexy, slightly american accent!!

some of the scenes stop a few secs short though

Glad you like my voice :p
Hopefully the DVD\'s bug should be resolved pretty fast !! Hope you\'re all enjoying the DVD though :D

The English part is with a voice. Not subtitles. So when some Spanish subtitles arrives, its bad cause you see them, but you always listen the voice.

i can only get sub\'s on the intro, no voice and they onlywork for the first half!

got my dvd :D and have been watching whilst painting commisions.
top job by Jeremie, the amount of extra little bits of info added to my own knowledge is unbelievable.
mixing the warm and cool tones within say the skin is something i would have never thought about (the guy realy knows his stuff)
the basing section has given me so many ideas it is ridiculous, allowing me to expand on what i already do (just need to pester some farmers about owl pellets!)

the few faults with the dvd of the audio ending a little too early aren\'t a problem for me as it\'s right at the end of the piece and no information is lost (although it was very kind of jeremie to get onto sorting the problem straight away when people notified him of this)

and for the people having problems with subtitles and audio language, have you every heard of using the controls on your remote ?
it\'s the same on a computer, you can turn subtitles off as well as change the audio settings ;)

(some films need setting up first so i don\'t see a problem with having to do it with a multi lingual learning tool)

all in all top work Jeremie :)

p.s. my cheque had better be in the post lol

I am still having problems and can\'t open the Youtube links :( IE just comes up with a hazard symbol and says done but the screen is blank so I tried Firefox and that says it is a I.SWF file??? so I can\'t open that as I haven\'t a clue WTF that is.

DVD is otherwise very good apart from some parts don\'t have an English translation and even in English it looks like I am getting Spanish subtitles??? but as Generulpoleaxe says they can turned off by the machine :)
My Disc one is actully disc two so a labelling mistake there me thinks.

ANybody help with the can\'t see/listen to the Youtube files???

I will buy it simply because you are putting basing exercises in it. From some reason that idea seems to be unprecedented. I am all for fancy painting and whatnot but to know how to create complex and beautiful bases is something new.

I purchased it. I am pretty satisfied. I have a couple unanswered questions derived from the techniques in the video but overall it is well worth the price and some places sell it for pretty cheap. I have seen some US dealers selling it for about $30.

Hi everybody!
I consider myself as a beginner in painting miniatures. After watching almost the first part of this dvd I was ....well... \"shocked\".
I learned all about miniature painting by myself, with trials and errors, but with nobody teaching or correcting.
This showed me a loooot of errors I usually make and I didn\'t even know!
I couldn\'t imagine, how Jérémie or Allan Carrasco (the Raskhal for example) could realize so smooth transition of the colours, without leaving any brush stroke... It was frustrating, I never saw anything like that before.
Now I\'m a bit more aware of the work there is under such beautiful pieces.
It really opened a lot of possibilities to me!
Thanks again and again and again to Jérémie for sharing!!!
